The History of Ogham 📜

Ogham (pronounced "ohm") was the first form of writing used in Ireland, dating from the 4th to 9th centuries AD. Typically carved into stone or wood, it uses a series of strokes along a line, with each stroke's number, length, and direction representing a letter.

  • 🗝️ Translatable cipher related to the Roman alphabet
  • 🏛️ Used by early Christian communities and believed to have been a secret script
  • ⛰️Most surviving inscriptions are found on stone monuments in southern Ireland
  • 🌍 Also seen in parts of Britain, especially in Wales

St Patrick's Holy Water

We visited St Patrick's Well last summer but never considered obtaining any water while we were there. Elated when I was it on your site! Thank you for providing us another physical memory of such a wonderful Island.

The Owens Whiskey Glass

Aiden- sorry this review is late but I've been out of town and arrived while I was away. The glass is very sturdy and the etching is of excellent quality, hopefully, the send batch is just good.
