Inspired By Connemara
This Connemara Christmas ornament is inspired by the beauty of the West of Ireland along the Wild Atlantic Way. As you drive through Connemara, you are greeted by hand built stone walls and thatched cottages, dark dogs and bright blue lakes. Along the way, you will meet sheep who will dominate the road. If you choose to stop off at a local pub for lunch, you will hear the sounds of traditional Irish music and strike up a conversation over a pint of Guinness with the local sheep farmer or fisherman. If you know some Gaelic, you'll certainly impress and fit in!
This is an ideal Irish ornament to add some Irish atmosphere to your Christmas tree or to even hang it from a mantelpiece with the green ribbon attached. The choice is yours.

About our Maker: Belleek Pottery is located in the quaint village of Belleek in Co. Fermanagh on the banks of the River Erne. Each piece of Traditional Belleek passes through 16 hands to make them unique by using traditional methods passed down from generation to generation for over the last 160 years. We make regular visits to the Belleek workshop and meet with the crafts people who we see first hand creating these beautiful Irish Belleek ornaments and gifts.
